"My daughter was admitted to Emergency Room. She is hearing impaired and with a cochlear implant, but during stressful situations she is unable to understand what is going on and being said. She was very, very ill. She wanted an interpreter and Language People, Inc. was able to catch Gilbert before he left to go home. He had been at the hospital to interpret in a baby birthing situation. We were so blessed that he was available and could respond so quickly to my daughter's needs.
My two sons and I want to sincerely thank Gilbert for his kindness and the
